The Claremont Adult School is part of the Claremont Unified School District. Classes must be registered for in advance and the cost of tuition varies depending on the number of students. Tuition is low no matter how many students, but the rate may vary.

The Abram Friedman Occupational Center is a community service center based in the Belmont Service Area. It offers a number of career services and adult education programs. The GED test prep program is offered through the alternative education and work center, where applicants must be at least 16 or 17 years old. Students are assigned courses based on their transcripts and abilities.

The Los Angeles Public Library offers two options for students seeking their high school credential. They offer adult literacy services to improve reading and literacy skills, as well as a GED test prep class. The library also offers an online learning initiative for students to complete a high school credential. This credential is not the GED however.
